General: Bookings are contingent on acceptance of these booking conditions.
Equipment is safety-checked and sanitized between rentals, However, all rentals are at hirer's own risk.

Booking: Please book early. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability or delivery for same-day bookings.
Bookings do not require advance payment and may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before hire without obligation.

Delivery: We deliver and collect from Saturday to Thursday between 11 am and 7 pm.
We can deliver to home, office or hotel.
There is a one-time charge of 40 dhs for Dubai deliveries. You may also collect your equipment from our International City office by prior arrangement.
Against advance payment by credit card or PayPal we can deliver before your arrival and collect after your departure.
We schedule our deliveries in 2-hour time slots but due to routing and traffic conditions, we cannot guarantee exact timings. For special timing requests, please call or e-mail at least 24 hours in advance. Kindly be available at agreed times and expect a call on your mobile before delivery.
Extra journeys must be charged.

Payment: Both payment and security deposit are collected on delivery.
You may also pay in advance by PayPal or credit card, in which case we will not need a security deposit.
A security deposit of 250 dhs is collected on each booking. This is returned on collection of equipment. Damage or loss of items will be redeemd from the deposit. Item inventories are provided with bookings where appropriate.
Orders of 500 dhs and above are discounted at 10%.

Safety: Equipment is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. However, kindly return equipment in a clean condition.
We are not allowed to install carseats. However we will show you how this is done, and instructions are affixed to the seats.
It is very important that you report any accidents involving our carseats as we are duty bound to withdraw these from our inventory. You will not be penalized in any way for carseats involved in accidents.
