General:
• Bookings are contingent upon acceptance of these booking conditions.
•
Equipment is safety-checked, cleaned and sanitized between rentals, However, all rentals are at hirer's own risk.
Booking:
• Please book early to avoid disappointment.
• You do not need to pay in advance, or to pay a deposit when booking, so nothing to lose by booking early.
• You may cancel or change your booking at
any time up to day before delivery without obligation, but please do give as much notice as possible.
• We only require advance payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer for deliveries to hotels before your arrival, and for airport deliveries.
• Although we will try our best, we cannot guarantee availability and/or delivery for same-day bookings.
Delivery:
• In Dubai we normally deliver and collect from Saturday to Thursday, and from 10 am to 6 pm approximately. Please state a preference for morning (10am — 1pm approx) or afternoon (4pm — 6pm approx).
• We will contact you by text message before delivery.
• In Abu Dhabi we normally deliver and collect in the evening.
• Contact us if you have time constraints and we will endeavour to find a work-around.
• You may also collect your equipment from our Dubai office during office hours (9 am to 5 pm, Saturday to Thursday) by prior arrangement.
• We can deliver to home, office, hotel, and airport.
• For pre-paid bookings (credit card or PayPal) we can deliver to your hotel concierge before your arrival and collect after your departure.
• Our current delivery/pick-up charge for Dubai and Abu Dhabi is 40 dhs, or 20 dhs for one trip. Delivery and collection charges for Dubai International Airport, and Abu Dhabi International Airport are 120 dhs for each trip.
Payment:
• We collect both payment and a security deposit of 250 dhs, in cash or by cheque, when we deliver.
• If paying by cheque, kindly make out the cheque to Rentacrib LLC, and make a separate cheque for the security deposit as we will return this to you.
• You may also pay in advance by PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer, in which case we will not need a security deposit. If paying by bank transfer please contact us for banking details. We only require advance payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer for deliveries to hotels before your arrival, and for airport deliveries.
• The security deposit is returned to you on collection of equipment. Damage or loss of items will be redeemd from the deposit.
Carseats:
• Our stage 1 carseats are fitted using the vehicle seatbelts. Our stage 2 carseats are compatible with fitting using either the vehicle seatbelts or the ISOfix/LATCH system.
• We are not allowed to install carseats. However we can show you how this is done.
• It is very important that you report any accidents involving our carseats as we are duty bound to withdraw these from our inventory. You will not be penalized in any way for carseats involved in accidents.
Travel cots and bedding packs:
• Our travel cots are hand-cleaned and sanitized between rentals. We also provide a waterproof, laundered mattress protector cover with our travel cots. Please ensure you use the matress cover.
• We launder all bedding packs ourselves using specialized baby products. You do not need to launder before returning as we will in any case launder them again. If you do launder them during your rental period, kindly follow the washing instructions. |
